While the sender information will list your email address, the actual sending won’t take place through your domain or email server.

That allows them to send these large blasts to your list out amongst a variety of servers.

The problem can be that with those servers sending out so many emails, the email providers where your recipients are reading their incoming email have gotten wise to this. They understand these servers are often marketing or sales emails.

And that’s not always a bad thing. If your audience is signing up for your newsletter, or opting in for your webinar content, or you just want to communicate with a large number of your subscribers, these tools are fantastic.

But where they are less effective is when you need to really cut through the noise.

Personal Email to Targeted Lists

What is personal email?

Personal email is what is delivered exactly like an email you send out from your Google or Outlook email account manually.

It will look like this.

But it’s also sent through your main email account. The delivery isn’t through some 3rd-party.

Now you want to choose targeted lists of prospects to message because this isn’t the way to deliver 1000s upon 1000s of emails at once.

Google and Outlook both have daily total limits of emails you can send from within your account (500 on free, 2000 on paid).

But to maintain strong deliverability you want to stay even further below that.

When messaging cold audiences, we recommend starting with no more than 100 per day.

But with the smaller total sends, you can often find much greater results from your outreach. 

Cutting through the noise and delivering an email that looks personal and is actually sent from your domain can have a big impact.

Again your domain won’t automatically be recognized as one that’s routinely sending large blasts. This will help your deliverability and your readability as well as making your outreach feel much more personal.

Automated Email Follow Up

We know that recipients are most likely to engage with emails when they recognize the sender.

This can be affected by how you initially build awareness with your audience (through social media most often) or how you maintain the relationship.

Did you know that almost 50% of salespeople give up on a prospect after one contact attempt?

Why is that?

Well, for one reason, many handle their outreach completely wrong. They scare away many prospects with their forward initial messaging or the tone-deaf approach.
