Your Launch Plan!

Based on you having a warm list, start by tapping into the low-hanging fruit and launch a 'Hidden Goldmine' campaign to  a segment of your list.

From there we'll focus on building a framework to attract new prospects.

Your Goals over the next 30 days:

  1. Start posting daily on social media with Emphatic
  2. Launch Hidden Goldmine campaign to a segment of your warm list (max: 50 contacts).
  3. Create a path to attract new contacts/leads going forward.

The videos and lessons below have been curated from our Lead Generator Program to give you a streamlined and customized plan based on the details you've shared with us about your starting point.

Week one

Define Your Target Prospects (Prospect Profile)

Before you can build a list of your ideal prospects, you need to be intentional about who exactly you'll be targeting.

Complete the workbook below to define your target prospects.

To utilize LinkedIn to build your network, the Professional Demographics will be critical to help you search and find your audience. But don't discount the work of defining all the details that make up an ideal prospect as it will help you to write stronger copy and outreach.

Update Your Positioning

The system you are building will incorporate two platforms: LinkedIn and Email.

Your going to want to make sure you are looking great on both places. Two quick wins for this section.

1. Your Email Signature.

2. LinkedIn Profile

Optimizing your LinkedIn Profile is a key step towards attracting more of your target market to connect with you on their platform.

If all you complete in the next 2 weeks is this exercise...it will pay huge dividends for you moving forward.

Week Two

This week you have 2 primary objectives:

  1. Define your posting strategy within Emphatic. (This will allow our team to start writing your social media posts).
  2. Create your Hidden Goldmine Sequence to send to a group of 50 contacts.

Let's start with your post strategy in Emphatic.

Follow along in the video below to update your account in Emphatic so our team can get to work curating content and writing your custom social media posts.

Your hidden goldmine list be a group of 10-50 contacts. The goal is to re-engage this audience and book some calls.

This is a great way to start utilizing Connect 365's email capabilities.

Week THree

This week you have 2 primary objectives:

  1. Prospecting on LinkedIn to find new targets.
  2. Choose your messaging template for this colder audience.

Watch this video on the process we follow to grow your LinkedIn database and contact list.

Start slow.

Your goal for the week should be to at least get 5 new connections. To be safe we'd recommend sending 15-20 requests to hit that.

Take action!

This process is repeatable and can be very efficient by following the process laid out. This week your focus should solely be on learning and implementing.

Next week's lessons will give you the playbook to setup your email campaigns, but for right now you want to stay focused on building your processes for growing your network with the right contacts.

But from there you are probably wondering...how do I now convert these connections into appointments?

There are two ways to do this.

The first will be through warming them up with your social media posting. Once you receive posts to review from Emphatic, be sure to review them so you can get them scheduled to start posting.

But beyond that, you'll want to start putting together your email outreach campaigns to work these contacts through.

The video below will highlight the key items to consider with your outreach messaging, share our top-recommended templates, and give you a resource to show you how to move new connections from LinkedIn into your Connect 365 email campaigns.

But as you go through the lessons, start by focusing on the messaging. Once that's in place, you can move onto the resources to help you set up your messaging in the software.

Week Four

Now that you've got your scripts written, it's time to look at how to get these campaigns built out in Connect 365 (if you haven't done so already).

If you need more assistance, you can always reach out to our team of coaches at support@connect365.io and be sure to review this helpful Getting Started Guide which breaks an entire campaign set-up down into individual steps.

WHAT's NEXT?

The biggest focus should continue to be monthly prospecting (weekly if you are able) AND posting regularly to your LinkedIn account to continue filling your pipeline with opportunities.

But beyond that you'll want to consider creating a Long-Term Nurture sequence.

The Long Term Nurture Sequence is the “little black dress” of sequences…meaning something everyone needs in their closet.

12 simple messages (typically one sent per month) sharing content, asking for a phone call and staying top of mind. When people have a need for the service or product you provide - you’ll be the first person to jump to mind because you’ve been keeping in touch..

Even better… once you set this up - you can easily tag contacts into the sequence - and know they’ll be getting a message from you each and every month.
